Mrs. Meenu Garg, aged 47 is the promoter and Executive Director of the Company. She earned her bachelor's degree in Arts from the University of Delhi and possesses over 15 years of experience in Strategic Planning and Business Administration. Mrs. Garg has consistently demonstrated her leadership acumen and deep understanding of market dynamics, which have been instrumental in driving the company's strategic initiatives, Her visionary approach and commitment to excellence have not only propelled organizational growth but also fostered a culture of innovation and collaboration within the company.
Mr. Prabhat Rajpoot, aged 34 years, is the promoter and Non-Executive Director of our Company. He holds a degree in Arts from the University of Meerut and brings with him extensive expertise in the Infrastructure Sector. Leading our Project Management team, Mr. Rajpoot provides invaluable guidance and conducts strategic analyses that significantly contribute to the timely and successful completion of our projects. Anil Kumar Garg, aged 69 years is Whole Time Director of the Company. He has been appointed as Whole Time Director of the Company on June 28, 2024. He is a Fellow Member of The Institute of Engineers (India) and earned his BE (Civil) degree in 1977 from the University of Allahabad. With a distinguished career spanning various government departments induding UP Jal Nigam, PWD, and the Government of Uttar Pradesh, Mr. Garg brings a wealth of experience to our organization. Prior to joining us in 2020, Mr. Garg served as a trusted consultant for several prominent companies, where he applied his expertise in civil engineering and strategic advisory. His tenure in public service and consultancy rolles has equipped him with a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and project management, which are critical in our industry.
Mr. Rajpal Singh, aged 63 years is an Independent Director of the Company, He has been appointed as Independent Director of the Company on July 15, 2024, He holds a Master of Engineering ME (Civill from the University of Allahabad. He is versatile enthusiastic and dedicated professional having more than 30 years of profound experience. He has served as UPPWD assistant engineer from 1983 to 2006, Executive engineer from 2006 to 2013, Superintending engineer from the year 2013 to 2017, Chief Engineer from 2017 to 2019, Engineer in Chief from 2019 to 2020 & retired from the post of Head of Department in the year 2021.
Mr. Umesh Bansal, aged 29 years is an Independent Director of the Company. He has been appointed as Independent Director of the Company as on July 15, 2024, He is Chartered Accountant by profession since 2018, He is having deep knowledge of Financial, Accounting, Auditing & Taxation and extensive experience of more than 6 years. His vast knowledge of financial management and accountancy will help our organizations to run efficiently and management of our Financial Factors.
Mr. Mahendra Kumar Sharma, serves as a Chief Financial Officer of the Company. He holds a degree in Commerce from the University of Meerut and he is having more than 20 years of Civil Engineering software and Finance Management, he has been an integral part of our company for the past decade. His expertise spans leadership, structural analysis, and strategic planning, contributing significantly to the company's efficient growth trajectory. A Commerce graduate with a proven track record, he continues to drive excellence in every project he undertakes.
Ms. Neelam Rani, serves as a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with commendable expertise. Holding an Associate Membership from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a Master's degree in Commerce, she brings over 3 years of extensive experience to her position. Her meticulous attention to detail and comprehensive understanding of regulatory frameworks ensure seamless compliance and governance within the organization.
